Bob McDonnell, Republican gubernatorial candidate and former Attorney General of Virginia, and Bill Bolling, Lieutenant Governor of Virginia, will roll out their energy policy for the Commonwealth today with separate events in Norfolk and Roanoke followed by a joint conference call with statewide press.
