Watch Governor McDonnell Deliver Weekly GOP Address

Today, Americans heard directly from Governor McDonnell as he delivered the National Weekly Republican Address. The Governor spoke specifically about the one-year anniversary of passage of the federal health care bill, and the negative impact that bill will have on states, job-creators and families.

He laid out some of the policies Republican Governors are putting forward to make healthcare more affordable and accessible, without hurting our economy. The Governor also discussed the urgent need for the federal government to make the same tough choices in reducing spending and balancing its budget that we’ve made in Virginia, and repeats his call for the various legal challenges to the healthcare bill to be heard by the Supreme Court as quickly as possible in order to bring finality to this issue.
