I searched Soros, a known socialist, and this may be of interest to you since Moran is running closest to McDonnell. In Oct.’08, discussing TARP, in the 1st col. Conyers refers to a plan proposed by billionaire financier George Soros, that mimics a successful model used in Norway and Sweden. Then Moran continues in the 2nd col. referencing Soros and other samples of the “bipartisan” expertise that has contributed to the debate and strongly support the finding that using capital infusions rather than distressed asset purchases alone… Then Moran submitted an article by Soros and 2 others in our Congressional Records.
