Was looking for a little longer speech, but congrats on the endorsement and I look forward to reading more on your stances on certain issues such as, education reform, solving budget, and highway problems facing our state.

Great way to start speech with quotation illustrating the GOP’s strong conservative ideology.

Last Thursday, I was invited to attend the premiere screening of, “Media Malpractice…How Obama won the election…and how Palin was targeted”, along with a large number of cPac Conference goers at the National Press Club, DC. What I noticed was that many Virginia members, attending CPAC, were unaware of where you stand regarding their conservative values and what is important to women.  Now more than ever, with the economic crises, and Obama’s spending spree, women are the “holders” of American values and what is important to women will produce a winner in 2010.  On the train home I spoke to a group of Republican women who were wearing a Brian Moran button as they were from Alexandria.  The same old tune rang clear, “DEMS are more favorable to women’s issues, especially ERA, even though they don’t share our values.  As a Democrat who knows better, I anxiously await my preferred candidate to take a stand for the women of Virginia, loudly and clearly on both “values” and the rights of women, ERA.  I explained your conservatism to them and I am a Democrat. I could not explain what you can do for women?
