Glad to see Bob is coming back against the Democrats, I think this is a great way to start off your on air ads, the citizens of Virginia need to be aware of the experience Bob brings to office.

Good solid ad for Bob McDonnell! Great introduction. In the growing up part, might want to specify that Bob grew up in Northern Virginia. Keep stressing Bob as prosecutor. You might want to have others discuss his efforts.

Good job of defining Bob as a solid performer.  The last-second reference to him as a “jobs Governor” will need amplification, but I like that it’s being introduced as a consistent tag-line in his message!

Bob is an experienced, intelligent and articulate candidate who has earned his stripes. This ad is well done and well presented. However, the recent Democrat ad i.e.unemplyment/stimulus money warrants a response with a seasoned approach that takes him above the fray. But, clearly focuses on his rationale for the position he took as well as his overall philosophy.

I hope the campaign stays this positive as much as possible.  Virginians don’t want to see a Republican Party (the Obama-named “party of ‘no’”) relying on negative campaigning; now, more than ever, they need to see encouraging messages from conservatives.  Bob has great ideas to get this state back on the right track and I hope his campaign will continue to portray his positive qualities and policies above all else.

Good ad.  As a veteran, I’m very pleased to support a man for Virginia governor who served America in uniform for 21 years, and has the breadth and depth of experience—including in the private sector—that Bob McDonnell does.

Good ad, but the “Jobs Governor” needs more explanation. You also might add how Bob is taking into consideration the opinions & advice of women!
