I wish I lived in Virginia.  I’d find Bob on my ballot and be celebrating with you tonight—if Virginians will only vote!  My thoughts and prayers are with you.

DEAR BOB, I’M FROM ROCHESTER N.Y. AND I HAVE TALKED TO ALL MY FRIENDS IN VIRGINIA ,SOME LIVE IN SPRINGFIELD,FALLS CHURCH,MCcLEAN,ALEXANDRIA AND VIRGINIA BEACH AND THEY ARE ALL VOTING FOR BOB MCDONNELL FOR GOVENOR OF THE BEAUTIFUL STATE OF VIRGINIA. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SAY THAT LAST YEAR PRESIDENT OBAMA WON IN VIRGINIA AND NOW WE HAVE BOB MCDONNELL RIGHT IN THE PRESIDENT’S BACKGROUND. VICTORY SHOULD BE DECLARED FOR YOU BOB IN ABOUT 8 HOURS OR SO.THIS IS AN EARLY BUT CONFIDENT CONGRATULATIONS AND I COULD BE THERE TO CELEBRATE BOB MCDONNELL’S GLORIOUS VICTORY. THE TIDE IS TURNING,THE WIND IS BLOWING AT A NEW DIRECTION AT OUR BACKS. DIDN’T OBAMA SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT LAST YEAR. I VOTED FOR HIM BUT AM NOW INDEPENDENT AND NOT HAPPY SO FAR WITH THIS ADMINISTRATION. BOB WILL BRING VIRGINIANS REAL CHANGE. DON’T LET THE OPPONENTS FOOL YOU WHEN THE WHITE COMES OUT AND SAYS “OH THIS IS NO BIG DEAL” MAYBE NOT IN THOSE WORDS BUT YOU GET THE PICTURE AND THE FACT IS IT’S A REAL BIG DEAL,ESPECIALLY FOR AMEERICANS LIKE ME WHO BELIEVED PRESIDENT OBAMA BUT I HAVE CHANGED ,SO I SAY IT CAN BE DONE PEOPLE CAN CHANGE THEIR MINDS ABOUT A CANDIDATE THEY ONCE SUPPORTED. BEST WISHES TO BOB MCDONNELL AND HIS FAMILY AND ALLOF HIS STAFF AND SUPPORTERS FOR MAKING THIS A GREAT DAY IN VIRGINIA. SINCERELY MARY ANN MUTO ROCHESTER NEW YORK

I did all I could do in an effort to help you win this election.
As Governor just remember the state workers who work hard and have seen their insurance , state parking costs and other things skyrocket in recent years only to endure these without raises.

Another vote for Bob from a fellow member of the Bishop Ireton H.S. Class of ‘72!  (And we won’t ever forgat the touchdown Bob scored vs. T.C. Williams during the Year of the Titans!).

I voted in the heart of Skippers, VA and feel very positive that we will have the most positive government for the Commonwealth.  Bob, Ken and Bill are our future - so go for it guys!  We support and pray for you.

Mary Ann from Rochester, enjoyed hearing from you.  My sister-in-law lives there.  Great folks up there!

I can’t WAIT until we have a real, full-time Governor instead of a mediocre party flack who has spent four years in office being clueless.  Ask me how I really feel….

Bob,

I am so glad that this is over and I know that you have great things planned for VA and you will be hearing from me as things progress.  Please continue to stay true to yourself and to the people of VA.  There is so much corruption and changes need to take place, some tough ones.  How about drilling off shore and helping to make VA self sufficient, bring back jobs in all areas.
Thank you and God bless you

Bob,

As the next Governor of Virginia, please get the rest areas open again.  That will create at least 200 jobs state wide.

Thanks for running a great campaign and sticking to what Virginians needed to know. You, among only a handful, know exactly what Virginians need.  Go for the jobs - they are out there.

Thanks for putting Virginia back on the political map.

Don’t forget that Virginia is the Mother of Presidents!  We need a ninth Virginian as president.

All the way - Bob McDonnell!!!

Thanks,

Chip Deyerle

It was an honor to be able to cast my vote for such a worthy candidate.  Thanks for running.  If not you, then who?  Please do remember the state employees, as we’ve been kicked to the curb the past eight (8) years.  Best wishes for a fabulous issue and solution-oriented Administration.

This is the first time I participated in local elections. For the first time in my adult life, I made sure I understood what is at stake when I cast my vote.  Be true to yourself and deliver what you promise.  If you cannot deliver what you promised, just be honest and explain why.  Voters want honesty and humility.  TOLERANCE is the opposite of TRUTH. And we want TRUTH.

Congratulations, Sir. I will pray for God’s continued blessings on you and your beautiful family.

#24. Posted by Carolanne Whiteside on November 04, 2009

7 Whiteside votes were cast for Bob yesterday.  One of my daughters was busy gathering up her friends and making sure they went out to vote for him also. 15 years ago, my husband, Duke, predicted that Bob would be govenor and now he is!!!!
