Good to hear - I think it’s great that you are planning recurring visits; it’s not very motivational if someone shows up once and doesn’t follow up. Good luck with this difficult job!

I’m very glad that you are focused on this issue. The fact that you have someone with extensive business experience working on creating jobs, and not just some political appointee, is especially important.

My wife and I are planning to move to Roanoke VA, within the year 2010. I am really glad that you won. We are thrilled to be moving to a Red State. California is so crazy. It’s the land of Pelosi and Reid is a neighbor in Nevada. I am looking forward to helping the Republicans win in 2010. I think we’ll sweep both houses of congress. I am also looking to help you in future re-elections, and maybe, the white house.

Thank you,
Erik Svihus

Dear Bob,

Do you have any plans in regards to broadband internet in Central VA (Somerset/Barboursville)? We are so close to Richmond yet a world away without access to fast internet. I hope “internet highways” will get special attention since this type of infrastructure could bring better paying jobs that paved road where the majority of the resources seems to be going.
