This was a great event, especially after Bob’s great showing at the debate.
I bet the beef was really tasty! It’s great to see a real statesman like Bob McDonnell get out and meet real people who lead ordinary lives across Virginia. So often politicians live in a bubble and totally lose contact with the people. Governor Kaine thinks Virginia consists of Arlington and Fairfax as this is where he spends most of his time. The rest of Virginia may as well be in some other state as far as he’s concerned.
Completely agree with you Skip, just to reiterate, there are too many elitist politicians out there, Bob is certainly NOT one of them.
