Governor Timothy Kaine announced yesterday an additional $1.3 billion budget shortfall on top of a $300 million shortfall from last year. Now, Virginia faces $1.5 billion in necessary budget cuts. Bob released a statement yesterday calling for action to balance the budget. Read more about it here.
